Sailor Germaine

this is my first attempt at drawing Germaine and I hope you all enjoy it. Foamy The Squirrel is definitely one of my all time favorite online cartoons.

I had so much fun drawing Germaine in the cosplay outfit she wore in "A-Kon Rules For The Masses". I decided to give her a peace sign rather than a "Fuck You" & some black fingernail polish. I really hope I got the colors of her outfit & hair right...I was doing it all from memory..^^
